For a rich chocolate ice cream
1 vanilla ice cream recipe (no vanilla)
175 g (6 oz) plain chocolate
For the chocolate sauce Letters
200 grams (7 ounces) of pure chocolate, cut into pieces
50 g (13/4oz) unsalted butter
175 ml (6 fl oz) strong coffee
To sundae
1-2 tablespoons of vanilla ice cream or 23tbsp
2-3 Italy cantuccini / biscotti biscuits or small sponge fingers, broken
1 small chocolate chips, crumbled
Tablespoons Marsala
Melted chocolate gently in a microwave oven or over a simmering pan of water into the bowl until it is good, smooth. It is left to cool slightly. When you are ready for your sundae, layer some of the chocolate ice cream, vanilla ice cream or cream, and cantuccini / biscotti cookies in the sundae glass or small sponge. Pour chocolate sauce and Marsala in the coffee
